$94.28

A piece of Disney history! Mickey Mouse celebrated his 60th birthday in 1989 and to mark the occasion, Disney produced this photostatic pencil drawing by legendary animator, Harry Holt. Holt officially retired in 1982, having been with the company from its earliest days and working on features such as Silly Symphonies, Snow White, Pinocchio and many others. In 1987, while promoting the upcoming opening of Disney MGM Studios in Florida, Holt rejoined the Disney family and spent seven years, until he was 83 years old, interacting with guests at the Disneyana Collectibles Store on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom, Walt Disney World, Florida. There he signed prints like this one, often adding extra details, to the delight of fans. This piece, personalized in Harry's hand, reads "With Greetings & Best Wishes to my friends Jessica & Todd". It is signed, and dated 3/24/89. Truly an extra special addition to your Disney memorabilia collection! Note small fold in upper left-hand corner. Measures 9" x 12".
