Follow the Lorax's tale as he fights to save the Truffula trees from the greedy Once-ler. Despite it's dirty cover, the inside pages of this edition of Dr. Seuss's The Lorax (1971), are bright, colorful, and unmarred. The 1st Library Edition (as evidenced by the pink banner on back cover) was printed on heavier paper stock than mainstream copies. This early edition includes the line "I hear things are just as bad up in Lake Erie", which was removed from later editions. Please see photos for signs of wear, and discoloration. Manufactured in USA.

At Where the Wild Finds Are, all items are in pre-loved condition and sold “as is”. As with most vintage items, signs of wear appropriate to age may be present.
